Before launching AdPals, I spent years consulting directly with SERVPRO franchises and corporate teams, building scalable training programs, creating onboarding and hiring strategies, facilitating leadership development, and supporting massive national rollouts. I also built successful programs from the ground up for call centers, travel brands, and tech companies — so I know what it takes to move fast and get results without losing your people in the process.
